Story
China Trip Lab exists because most first-time visitors arrive with the same worries: payments, language, apps, airport transfers, transit timing, and how to make a short trip feel smooth instead of stressful.
We are a Shanghai-based travel team of about 100 people including part-time team members, with 3+ years in the inbound tourism business. Our team includes professional English-speaking tour guides, and we have served 100+ international visitor groups from 15+ countries.
Our approach is simple: one family, one guide, one driver. No group buses, no shopping stops, no strangers added to your day. We build private service around your timing, interests, and pace.
